Sensus

2016

In 2016, two workshops were held in the private gallery Sensus Arte Contemporanea and in the public school Liceo Artistico di Porta Romana, both in Florence. The theme was the domestic waste of the “Tetrapak” or as it is called in the Italian language “poliaccoppiati”. After a brief introduction on environmental issues implicit to this type of waste, each participant was given cardboard, scissors, a box cutter, paper clips, and pliers. Other participants included teachers, artists, representatives from environmental associations, technicians, and video communication operators. The stated goals were to promote greater awareness of environmental issues, explore the use of techniques in the processing of paper, and learn about packaging practices through Design and Art. In collaboration with Claudio Cosma, Silvia Angotti, Pino Gori and Fernando Masula.
