The Ancestors Talk to Us

The Ancestors Talk to Us

2020

Our ancestors left us archeological finds that we can observe in museums worldwide and around us lives a green landscape with beautiful and smart plants. The work The Ancestors Talk to Us allows history and pre-history to communicate with the landscape and plants, source of life for the humans today. The skeleton tail of a pre-historical animal originates from the highest point of the column, it wraps the column rotating and it ends on the low end when the vertebrae are visibly large and the head trespasses the column. The bones have a progressive number. The installation around the column evokes how history and pre-history, life and death, past and present, can communicate with the plants placed between the vertebrae.
