Another realization of the great puppet from Collodi’s famous tale was constructed in the Hall of Education at the Genoa Fair in November 2011. The skin of Pinocchio’s body was made of the shining gold and silver wrappers of chocolate coins produced by the Saini firm. The industrial waste of this double-sided foil transformed into a bright aesthetic mark. Surrounding the puppet were various laboratories for participation by the children of Genoa. In collaboration with the Municipality of Genoa, Doriana Allegri, Gloria Berthold, and Madeleine Obert.
