Pinocchio di Rifiuti

This is a realisation of the puppet protagonist of Carlo Collodi’s tale. It is 10 metres tall and in erect position. The internal structure is made up of steel bars of different sections. The exterior appears as a juxtaposition of multicolor waste. The different parts of the puppet have different measures. The largest is the torso, then come the legs and finally the arms. All the rubbish that constitute the body of Pinocchio are perceived laterally. This Pinocchio is meant to be a warning that tells us how garbage is a resource and should not be wasted, in order to go back to being prime material and give it new life.
